Start from Scratch is a fresh new and unique interior design purchasing and installation service. We will use our expertise to select just the right pieces and finishes for your dream home. We are happy to work with some of your favored pieces or “Start from Scratch”. Dream can also assist you with new construction or help with decisions involving remodeling, to create the most perfect background for your dream home.
TIMING
In most cases, pending availability and approval, a project can complete in 6 weeks.
FEES
We ask for an $90/hour design fee. We also add a percentage to our wholesale cost of each item. That percentage can vary depending on the piece and the vendor. The good news, is that in most cases your total cost with percentage applied will not exceed the normal retail cost you might pay. More good news, in some cases your total cost might be less than your normal retail cost. All percentages applied will be reviewed with you for your approval prior to purchasing.
COSTS
The above costs and percentage added per piece are based on all selections being made using Dream’s vast inventory of selected vendors.
